• Free selection of synthesis protocols: Boc or Fmoc Variety of coupling methods possible: Fmoc-n-carboxyanhydride, Fmoc-acid Fluoride, different coupling reagents also with pre- activation of amino acids

Definition of Personal Parameters

Sequences can be defined in 1 or 3 letter code. Folders are automatically created for data storage.

Programming

A single dialog window allows the user to define all the parameters of the synthesis: number of peptides, maximum length of the peptides, type of resin (Preloaded or not), synthesis protocol (simple or double coupling, deprotection etc., washes parameters (Solvent, time, volume etc.)

Calculation of Reagent Volumes

All the reagent parameters (concentration, molecular weight etc.) can be handled by the software. The number of equivalents for each reagent can be defined. All required volumes are automatically determined by the software.
