The Contichrom® TWIN two-column platform are GMP scale skids employing ChromaCon’s MCSGP and CaptureSMB processes. The production scale systems thus offer the highly productive multi-column process modes of the Contichrom CUBE however in designs and capacities for GMP facilities.
These systems are provided as LPLC or HPLC depending on the mode of operation or application. Both LPLC and HPLC run batch and twin-column configurations. Customers can choose different control platforms, Alan-Bradley (standard) or optional Emerson Delta V.
The Contichrom TWIN systems can be customized, incl. upstream and downstream single use interface for a hybrid system approach with disposables.
The Contichrom TWIN LPLC systems can operate up to four different processes: CaptureSMB®, single column batch, 2-step integrated (sequential poli-shing) batch with in-line dilution and alternating batch (flip-flop). TWIN CaptureSMB's come with patented dynamic control (AutomAb®).
