Chromeleon 7.2 CDS is designed to enable MS data in the Chromeleon CDS enterprise architecture, control instruments and process MS data across your network. Central storage of MS data simplifies backup, searching (including NIST libraries) and trending of MS data. New component-centric views make MS data evaluation and reporting fast and easy. Visualize both quantitation and confirmation ions at the same time, with new consolidated report tables catering for multiple traces and large data sets.
New Intelligent Run Control (IRC) gets you from samples to results even quicker. IRC enables you to react to passed or failed user-defined conditions during the sequence run. It provides many different options including re-injections of the current injection, all injections, restarting from an earlier point in the sequence, or adding extra injections. It includes built-in error handling, ensuring you get more right first time analyses.
By linking the active Chromatography Studio panes to the chromatogram, data evaluation becomes simple. With new import and export options, transferring data between other laboratory systems is easier than ever. Automatic import of legacy CDS data can be done directly (Chromeleon 6 CDS, Atlas) or via netCDf/AnDI removing the need to retain multiple legacy CDSs.
