ASW2000 automated synthesis workstation

The Chemspeed ASW2000 automated synthesis workstation provides full integration of synthesis, work-up, purification, and analysis.

Synthesis

Liquid and/or solid phase synthesis even mixed in the same reactions sequence
Glass reactors with volumes ranging from 2 to 100ml (on the same system)
Up to 80 parallel reactions (112 optional)
Reagent additions while shaking or stirring and heating or cooling
Fully inert environment inside the reactors
Second inert gas atmosphere for handling delicate reagents such as buthyl-lithium even outside the reactors!
Closure of the reactors by a ceramic valve allowing for efficient evaporation (DMSO, DMF)
Broad temperature range (-70 to +180°C, measured and controlled in the reaction mixture)
Completely independent system with hood and trolley
True cold finger refluxing
Handling of slurries and suspensions
A variety of reagent sources (solvent bottles, sure seal bottles, 96 well plates, septa sealed vials and customized racks)
On-line evaporation (10mbar). This is the only possibility to change the solvent in solution phase chemistry allowing for multistep synthesis!
On-line filtration. You may continue with both the solids or the filtrate!
Glove-box feature for manual interactions available
